Jewellery Care Instructions

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and other chemicals.
• Store jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches.
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising to maintain the plating and shine.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove oils and moisture.
• Avoid rough handling or dropping the jewellery, as stones and plating can get damaged.
• For long-lasting shine, store each piece separately to prevent tangling and friction.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• In case of high order volume, festivals, or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available in selected cities).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small COD fee may be applied.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with a tracking ID.
• You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If the order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
